STORYLINE
Faced with its own depleted stocks from years of over-fishing, the European Union is set to hold talks with Senegal to secure fishing rights off the west coast of Africa. But environmentalists in Senegal say opening up the fishing to European trawlers will destroy the country's already struggling fishing industry.
