The Coco beach is located to the left of the modern Port of Badalona. It is flanked by a pleasant promenade with palm trees that stretches to the Barca Maria beach.

It's 250m long and an average width of about 80m. It has medium grain sand and the entry slope into the sea is fairly steep, with a sandy seabed. It can be accessed via an overpass. It has showers, toilets, rescue service and a beach bar. The Badalona railway station is located 750 metres to the left.
It is bordered by the beautiful Patí de la Vela square and by the Pont del Petroli, whose name refers to a concrete pier that goes into the sea. The pier was built to unload hydrocarbons from the boats to the tanks on the coast, and has been adapted as a catwalk.
The marina and fishing port was opened in 2001, and, apart from the usual nautical shops and workshops, has several bars, ice cream parlours and restaurants. There is also a sailing school in the port. After the port we find the Mora beach.

It only has showers, though in the neighbouring beaches of Coco, on the right, and L´Estació, on the left, there are toilets, beach bars, restaurants, car park, rescue and first aid service. It can be accessed via two underground passageways and is half a kilometre from Badalona railway station.
Next to Pont del Petroli, on the promenade, we find the Anís del Mono factory, founded in 1868. Inside, the modernist-style distillation rooms stand out. It can be visited from the Badalona Museum.

It can be accessed via two underground passageways located on either side of the beach. In it we find a public indoor swimming pool, a large car park, the El Pescador restaurant, the La Pista baths, and a sports centre.

A la izquierda se encuentra la playa del Patí de Vela, llamada así por el Club Natació Badalona, fundado en 1929 y con una larga tradición en el uso de este tipo de embarcación. The club has, among other facilities, a swimming pool, a bar and a restaurant.
