First, do Chen Loong's Questline (in Chapter 3). This leads to Zodiac Village.
Talk to Chen Loong there and give him seeds (randomly dropped by enemies). It will take some time for the seeds to grow into plants. Come back later and interact with the golden-glowing basket to collect the plants and pop the trophy.
