Perfect Red Velvet Crinkle Cookie Recipe
1 1/2 (213g) All Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
3/4 Cup(150g) Granulated Sugar
1/2 Cup(100g) Light Brown Sugar
2 Whole eggs Plus 2 egg yolks (Room Temperature)
1 Tbsp Americolor Red Food Coloring
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil or Vegetable Oil
1 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
4 Tbsp(57g) Unsalted Butter
3oz(85g) Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
1/4 Cup(25g) Cocoa Powder
1/2 Cup(60g) Powdered Sugar
*Bake at 350f (180c) for 12-15min
EVERY OVEN IS DIFFERENT SO USE THE BAKING TIME I GIVE AS A GUIDE!
*You will need a Sheet pan lined with parchment paper
*Cookie Scoop
*Refrigerate Cookie Dough for 6 hours to Overnight before baking
*Cookie Dough will be very thick and sticky but easy to roll in a ball once covered in powdered sugar
