This is one of my favorite tricks on hiding an add to cart button for a specific product that doesn't need it. I commonly use this for gift with purchases so that people can see what the gift is, but is not something that they can add to cart. Many others use it because their product is only for sale in store and is listed on their website for informational purposes only.

PS. The theme used is the Debut theme, so the 'target class' may differ so you would need to inspect for the correct element.
