We finally have some idea of pull rates for Prismatic Evolutions and.... It's not good! It looks like it's lining up with Evolving Skies for pull rates due to it being a set with a ton of SIRs. I watched over 2 hours of a WhatNot streamer ripping the product and it was down right depressing.
