Here's how to get the New Forgotten KeyCard in BioWeapons lab and unlock a full team's worth of Specialist Bonuses as well as a free loadout!
Drop at Bioweapons Lab. Run to the basement and interact with the shower. Collect all of the money and a keycard should come out. Take that keycard to the Stronghold Tower and go to the first floor. Enter the door with the lockers and interact with any of the lockers until you can open one!
