This video was made for Skydio's customer service. They requested a video from me to show them that I may have a defective battery. Anyway, I just received the Skydio 2 with the Cinema kit a week ago and flew the drone only twice. The suspected battery cannot reset no matter what I tried. Again, either it's a defective battery, or perhaps there is another method to reset it besides what I have shown in this video. Another issue (not related to this video) that I have is with my remote controller, which keeps disconnecting and reconnecting while the drone is in flight at 15 to 20 feet away. The only thing that is working well is the beacon and drone combination. Awaiting an answer from Skydio on both issues. #skydio #skydio2

Update: Skydio did get back to me and sent me a replacement battery. Thank you, Skydio!
