Just put your eggs carefully in the sous vide bath at 63.3Celcius (145.94F) for 1 hour. Im using a strainer so the eggs don't move around ! I like my egg yolks runny but if you don't, leave them in for another 15 to 20 minutes. You can also keep them cooked in your fridge and reheat them for 1 minute in boiling water, so you wont have to wait 1 hour for an egg.
