I thought it would be easy but Garmin throws you a curve with pins in the strap that are screwed in using tiny screws. Usually there is a pin to push to remove the wristband....not on these. You need a special tool shown in the video. Plus with sweat and over time those screws get in there really good. Took me a half hour to get them out without stripping them.
