I am Sue Tiger, an award-winning canner and I make jams and jellies all the time. It is common for them to not set or, especially for jellies, to melt after they have successfully set. Today, I am resetting jelly I made last Christmas, in 2023. It sealed, but apparently it didn't set, and I didn't notice it until we were getting ready for the market this year, 2024. For many reasons, I didn't get to it until now, so I'm testing 1) if the jelly is still good, and 2) can it be reset? The answer is yes!!
