In the latest iteration, the New Balance Rebel v4 is more of a low-stack daily trainer than it is a non-plated speed shoe. As such, I'm putting it through my daily trainer testing and racking up some serious mileage in it. Here's my experience with two runs in the shoe today for a total of 20 miles—a 12 miler on light trails and an 8 mile stroller run around the neighborhood.

If you want to try Tailwind for post-run nutrition, use the code YOWANA25 for 25% off the starter kit, which includes both Endurance Fuel and Recovery Mix. Here's my link to it: [ Ссылка ]
If you want to slam some beers for the Super Bowl (or any other weekend) without compromising your running performance, give Athletic Brewing a chance. They taste pretty good—very close to real beer. I scored the lowest points in my fantast football league one week last year and shotgun one of these as punishment—I can verify that they even sit in your stomach like the real thing. I couldn't find my affiliate link but you should try it anyway. Just tell them I sent you [ Ссылка ]
