This video is just for fun. I am doing this with my wife n kid at parking lot since been living at apartment.

Why i did this ?...for past few month been hearing the cracking sound in bumpy road at low speed especially when turning but the sound not constant. The crackly sounds louder when slow drive (not at expressway) after 1 hour can be hear.

So one sweet day, i lifted up the car...do some inspection and conclude that the bearing at mount strut/absorber mounting. Get quotation at few shops... parts itself around RM 80/pcs for OEM and around RM160-180/pcs for Original BMW. For me, this part is not expensive.
.
BUT since taken out the absorber strut, so i think this is the right time replace absorber strut as well and but i have to put some money on this. For M-Sport absorber strut cost me about RM 530/pcs compare to Standard about RM 450/pcs.

Add on Front Stabilizer Link for both side cost me about RM 56/pcs and Rear Stabilizer Link about RM 65/pcs.

I am not sure the installation cost on this coz I've done this DIY with family :). And i love to DIY, gives me good experience to do this.

Grand total cost done = RM 1332/=
1. Front Absorber Strut : RM 530 x 2 pcs = RM 1,060
2. Front Strut Mount : RM 80 x 2 pcs = RM 160
3. Front Stabilizer Link : RM 56 x 2 pcs = RM 112
* Please add installation cost coz I'm doing DIY and hope this last for few years.

So far, i am happy with this job coz the sound is completely gone right after replace it.

The rear absorber strut (RM 450/pcs) also replaced (will do some editing on this) as well and will be release if i got time to make it.
