Community has launched the first Centre of Excellence for ICT in East Africa in Arusha, Tanzania. The centre is part of EAC plans to unite member states through education that will boost innovation through cutting age technology. The Centre, which is hosted at the Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology will also teach Embedded Mobile Solutions. SUHAIL MUGABI reports#NTVNews
