Three of the South West's finest chefs, returning contender Emily Watkins, experienced Dominic Chapman and newcomer Josh Eggleton fight it out. Today they must cook their starter courses to be judged by the surprise veteran judge.

The South West chefs, returner Emily Watkins and Michelin-starred Dominic Chapman and Josh Eggleton do battle for the fish course. Dom has been inspired by his research trip to the scene of the D-Day landings.

About Great British Menu:
Join us as top British chefs originating from various regions across the UK battle it out to create the perfect menu for prestigious banquets and special events, featuring esteemed guests. Each week, chefs compete in a regional heat where they devise a four-course menu, comprising of a starter, fish course, main course and dessert, all scored daily by a veteran chef. At the end of the week, the two highest-scoring chefs are evaluated by a panel composed of expert judges. The winners move on to the final national heat which decides whose menu comes out on top.
