Our Kauhale Makai (Village by the Sea) vacation rental #523 is a large one bedroom condo located on the 5th floor of the Plumeria building. The complex is centrally located on Maui's Sunshine coast of Kihei.

Enjoy a wonderful view of the Pacific along the Kihei coast. Sit on the private lanai and sunbathe and enjoy the warm Maui tropical breeze. Stroll for hours on the miles of sandy beaches. Shop in several pleasant malls close by.

Kauhale Makai is also one of the few resorts with high quality central air conditioning which is much more comfortable than the wall and window a/c used in most of Maui condos.
 
The Village by the Sea complex includes a Sparkling Tile Pool, Hot Tub, Children's wading Pool, Putting Green, Shuffle Board and Volleyball court.

Also available for our guests is the use of the four public tennis courts located south of Kauhale Makai. There is nothing between the resort and the beach except for a large grassy area with a few tropical palm trees - no road to cross! Kauhale Makai is located right on the beach.

We also own another condo on the third floor of the Anthurium building so bring your friends and family.
