Prime Minister Raila Odinga has yet again dismissed his critics who have claimed that the Orange Democratic Movement is losing popularity ahead of the General Election. Odinga who was addressing a political rally in Mombasa County maintained that despite numerous defections by Members of parliament, ODM still enjoyed great support from Kenyans. Odinga said that he is ready to succeed President Mwai Kibaki when he retires from office and deliver on the promises that ODM made to Kenyans during the 2007 Campaigns. And as Chris Thairu reports, Odinga cautioned members of the Mombasa Republican Council against failing to vote arguing that their issues can only be addressed after they help to vote in a responsible Government.
