WELE / POMO NOODLES

COOK TIME: 15 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS
280g noodles
1 medium onion, purèed.
5 scotch bonnet pepper, blended.
100g cow hide (wele/pomo), cooked.
20g snap peas
1 medium carrot,
1 medium yellow bell pepper. Sliced.
2 tbsp vegetable oil
DIRECTION
• Bring 200ml of water to a boil, add the noodles and let boil for 2 minutes.
• Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat, add onion purèe, stir and let simmer for 3 minutes then add blended scotch bonnet pepper, stir and let simmer down.
• Add cooked cow hide (wele/pomo), stir and let simmer for 2mins
• Add snap peas , stir and let cook for 2 minutes then add carrot and stir.
• Add cooked noodles, noodles seasoning and toss to mix evenly then add the yellow bell pepper.
• Wele noodles ready to serve.
