I LOVE Chinese dumplings and making them from scratch is super easy with this authentic recipe. I convinced my mom to show us how to make dumplings from scratch using a Fan Fold and 2-Pleated Crescent Fold. Also how to make the dumpling filling, fold the dumplings, and cook - boil or pan-fry. You can freeze these and cook from frozen in boiling water. She agreed to be on camera on the condition that we don't show her face, so... you're just going to have to see what we did. It gets weirdly wonderful.
