The House of Representatives voted Thursday to censure Rep. Jamaal Bowman for falsely pulling a fire alarm in a Capitol Hill building. The New York Democrat pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge stemming from the September incident, which prompted an evacuation of the building just before a vote to avoid a government shutdown.
