This short tutorial explains how to start the main quest line in Elder Scrolls Online if you bought any of the DLC such as Morrowind or Summerset. First, Travel to Vulkhel Guard Wayshrine, then travel south towards the boat and talk to the "Hooded Man" NPC who will give you the beginning of the main quest. Hope this was helpful.
