Or any cycling shoe that uses dial retention. Typically dials on shoes don't react well - long term - to constant tightening/loosening (spooling/unspooling) of the wire inside the dial.
A little life hack on getting out of your kicks quickly and easily - while reducing the long term workload on the dial - is to simply flick it out on the inside retainer. Might be a touch stiff at first but it'll pop out.
To tighten just pop the shoe on, have the wire on the retainer and simply tightening the dial will pop it back to it's internal (recessed) position within the retainer.
