Rocket and satellite maker SpaceX is facing new allegations from the US labour agency.
It has been accused of unlawfully firing eight employees who were critical of owner Elon Musk.
The employees wrote and circulated a letter about their workplace concerns calling Musk “a distraction and an embarrassment."
A trial is set to begin in the case on March 5.
