INGREDIENTS

9 large royal champignons
2 tsp olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
100 g mozzarella
100 g cherry tomatoes
Sauce balsamico
10 g fresh basil
Cooking:

Wash the mushrooms, separate stems from cap. Mix melted butter with finely chopped garlic and then stuff the caps of mushrooms with this mixture, add salt and pepper to taste.
Place a piece of mozzarella and a few slices of tomato on each cap. Put in the oven – 12 min 356˚F (180˚C) .
Pour sauce balsamico to ready-made mushrooms and decorate with fresh basil.
