Our world of Fashion and Accessories has a new industry-wide sustainability initiative called Fashion Makes Change that we think should be on your radar. Launched at a recent industry CEO roundtable with Anna Wintour at Condé Nast, many brands and retailers have already committed their participation, and we want to make sure you know about it as well. Fashion Makes Change is a triple impact initiative that engages customers and brands to take climate action and support livelihoods of women in the supply chain through education. Launching this year on April 22, 2020, the 50th anniversary of Earth Day, the consumer-facing aspect demonstrates your company’s commitment to sustainability, engaging customers to round-up their purchase at checkout (to the nearest dollar, or more for some brands), to support people and the planet.
