Welcome to all of the SBCC Promise students enrolled in the fall 2020 semester! Over 4,000 students have participated in the Promise since it began in 2016.

Thanks to our community of generous supporters, the SBCC Promise provides all recent, local high school graduates with the opportunity to attend Santa Barbara City College full-time free of charge, for up to two years. All required fees, books, and supplies are covered!
