I took this video during my intercept of a thunderstorm, with graupel (snow pellets) and snow as its main p-types, along U.S. 160 northeast of Pagosa Springs, CO on April 21, 2020. The video begins with the precipitation core approaching, then shows a burst of graupel and a rumble of thunder as the core moves over my position. The video ends with a short clip of heavy snow falling from the same storm as it reached the Wolf Creek Ski Area.
