Rice flour
Rava
Salt
Turmeric powder
Sugar
Water
Process:
Sliced the capsicum 🫑 chillies into thin pieces and make a batter with above mentioned ingredients and dip the capsicum slices with the batter and deep fry it until golden brown.sprinkle some chat masala on it.
