In this video I show you how to make a fruit reduction. In this case, I used fresh strawberries but you can use pretty much any fruit you want. The goal is to reduce the amount of water and bring our the flavor of the fruit.

This recipe is great to make cakes of different fruit flavors as well as to make different fruit flavor buttercreams.
