There is a workaround for accessing TikTok on the Apple Watch using a browser.

This option is limited since there is no native TikTok app for the watch, but it is possible to access TikTok on the Apple Watch with this method.

First, you need to text yourself a link to the TikTok website. Then, you need to open the messaging app on the Apple Watch and click the TikTok link.

It will open up a browser on the Apple Watch and you can log in to your TikTok account.

Once you are inside on TikTok, you can view posts, like and share, and follow accounts. You won’t be able to play the videos though. That’s only available on the mobile app or website.
