Rundown: National Telecommunications Commission Deputy Commissioner Edgardo Cabarios suspects the text blast seemingly promoting the presidential bid of Bongbong Marcos was done using portable cell sites which can send messages in a limited area coverage. Cabarios warns its usage for non-emergency purposes is illegal and can be penalized by law. The NTC is currently investigating the incident.
