CLINTON COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) -- Two people face charges in a deadly heroin overdose. The Clinton County grand jury indicted Delee Wampler and Daymon Haislip on charges of involuntary manslaughter, corrupting another with drugs and drug trafficking. In April 2015, EMT's found 23-year-old Cody Hart on Michigan Avenue. He died later at the hospital. Investigators said the pair supplied the heroin to Hart.
