Need to be level 28 to complete this rune
Use Challenging Roar on the Beastly Effigy, which will spawn Zai'enki, a level 28 Elite. Defeating this enemy will allow you to loot the Idol of the Heckler.

With Idol of the Heckler equipped, use Challenging Roar to taunt two or more enemies at once, then kill at least one of them while they are taunted. After killing five enemies in this way, right-click the equipped Idol of the Heckler to learn this Rune.
