How to use this Pomodoro video:
1. Spend the first 10 minutes to tidy up your workspace, grab a snack and a drink, and plan your session. I'd advise to have maximum of one big task or 2-3 small tasks. Break them down into tiny steps on paper so it would be clear what you'll be working on. 😊 The first 10 minutes are here for preparation and clarity! 💪
2. When you hear a seatbelt sign - it's focus time! During break time it's up to you what you choose to do. However, I'd advise standing up and moving around (maybe a lil' stretch?), fill up your water bottle and take a deep breath. We don't want you to get stressed - you deserve a break!
3. After the session - it's time to celebrate. Take this time to congratulate yourself and admire what you've accomplished. 😊 You can also spend some of this time putting things away, and setting intentions for the rest of your day. Enjoy! You've got this! ♡
