Pa. state Rep. Eugene DePasquale stands up against the unconstitutional "Voter ID" bill that would require photo identification for anyone exercising their right to vote.This expensive, pointless bill -- already found unconstitutional in Texas, Wisconsin and South Carolina -- would drive down voter turnout and disenfranchise nearly 700,000 Pennsylvanians, especially seniors, young people and the poor.
