Gluten-Free Thin Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
{INGREDIENTS}
⚈ 1/2 cup butter, room temp.
⚈ 3/4 cup granulated sugar
⚈ 1/8 cup brown sugar
⚈ 1 egg
⚈ 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
⚈ 1 Tbsp water
⚈ 1.5 cups almond flour
⚈ 1/2 tsp salt
⚈ 1/2 tsp baking soda
⚈ 4 oz chocolate chips
{METHOD}
1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
2. In a mixing bowl, add the egg, vanilla extract, water, butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar; mix well.
3. Then, add in the almond flour, salt, and baking soda. Combine well with everything.
4. Lastly, fold in the chocolate chips until it is well incorporated.
5. Using a small cookie scoop, scoop cookie dough onto a baking pan. Make sure that they are at least 2 inches apart from each other (these cookies spread).
6. Bake the cookies for 15-17 minutes. Let them cool before eating.
