Translation notes:

For the chorus of the song, the writing on the left side of the screen says "kimi" which means "you." So it's like a game interface (like DDR with the arrows/hearts) where you're playing against Gumi.

Also, in the very beginning, the scrolling text is supposed to be like song selections in a rhythm game. The first two are the names of previous songs by Giga-P, to be specific "Streamline Prism" and "Tetrodotoxin Synthesizer No. 2."
