Keeping Colorado's food processing plants running during the COVID-19 outbreak is crucial. But when the virus gets a foothold inside the close quarters of those plants, people get sick. Public health officials visited the Cargill meatpacking plant in Fort Morgan on Tuesday, as the union representing employees said a staff member is thought to have died because of COVID-19. Kyle spoke with Jon Nash, the head of Cargill's North American Protein division.
