Both have 5MP front cameras. The Moto Z has a 13MP camera with laser autofocus and the Moto Z Force has a 21MP camera with laser autofocus and PDAF (phase detect auto focus). The Moto Z family of smartphones are compatible with Moto Mods: magnetic interchangeable back covers. You can get Style Covers to change the look, a projector, JBL stereo speaker module and extended batteries. All are easy to snap on and off, no reboot required. The Droid Edition of these phones is simply the US Verizon Wireless branding (their highest end Moto phones are always called Droids). Verizon currently has the exclusive in the US, but we expect to see the Moto Z available across the world in the coming months. The Z Force may remain exclusive to Verizon however.
