Professor Synder provides 20 clear and compelling lessons we need to learn and understand, especially at this very moment.
Lesson 1: DO NOT OBEY IN ADVANCE

My thoughts:
1. I learned we must never give up. We must fight for freedom in whatever way we can. What this looks like will be different for each of us but do not comply in advance. Do not comply unless you absolutely must.
2. Adopt an institution. I didn’t realize that I already started this one. As an educator and lover of learning, the Department of Education is what I have and will continue to defend and protect.
