500 GM CHICKEN
2 TBLSP GINGER PASTE
1 TBLSP GARLIC PASTE
1/2 TBLSP RED CHILLI POWDER
1 TBLSP KASHMIRI CHILLI POWDER
2 TSP SALT - OR TO TASTE
2 TBLSP PREPARED MASALA
2 TBLSP CHOPPED CAPSICUM
4 TBLSP CURD
1/2 LEMON JUICE
2 TBLSP MELTED BUTTER
MIX AND MARINADE FOR 30 MINUTES.
- OTHER INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED.:
OIL
DRIED RED CHILLI
BLACK PEPPER
BAY LEAF
2 MEDIUM SIZED FINELY CHOPPED ONION
JULLIENNED CAPSICUM
4 SMALL TOMATOES - BOILED AND PUREED.
KAAJU PASTE WITH MILK
KASURI METHI
1/4 TSP GARAM MASALA
1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER
1 CUBE CHEDDAR CHEESE
INGREDIENTS FOR MASALA PREPARING.:
2 BADIYAAN - STAR ANISE
5 ELAICHI - CARDAMOM
2 INCH DARCHINI - CINNAMON
8 LAUNG - CLOVES
1 JAVITRI - MACE
3 TBLSP JEERA - CUMIN
2 TBLSP SUKHA DHANIYA - CORIANDER SEEDS
8 SUKHI LAAL MIRCH - DRIED RED CHILLI
