Session 2 of the British Society of Interventional Radiology (BSIR) Trainee Committee and IR Juniors (IRJ) journal club for medical students and trainees. This session focuses on Uterine Fibroid Embolisation & the results of the FEMME Trial published in the New England Journal of Medicine in 2020.
The journal club is a monthly session for all juniors and trainees interested in academic interventional radiology. Each month features a trainee presenter, who will take us through a core paper in IR. This will be followed by panel discussion and a Q&A session.
