Today I want to tell you about the DIY trailer build and the journey I took to get there. I built this trailer in 2016 and sold it in 2018. It has taken me to Outerbanks, Florida, across the Georgia Traverse and many other places here in the South East.

This trailer starts with a basic 2x3 frame and 1.5" tube sides. I added FRP to the floor and used fence pickets for the body. I then used super strut to construct the roof rack, used the super strut accessories to mount things like my maxtrax and hilift, and topped it off with my CVT mount rainier tent.
