Understanding and addressing one's codependency is admirable and life-changing. When we understand codependency we're able to understand why we demonstrate specific behaviors and possess specific thought processes. Understanding is one piece of the puzzle. The other is understanding how to incorporate different ways of thinking to gain security within one's self to feel confident and understand one's own value.
