Hector Gavilla is a Long Island Real Estate Broker and Owner of LIP REALTY that he founded in 2010 after a very successful career as a top Realtor in the Dix Hills/Melville area.
Hector has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in Long Island for more than 12 years. He uses that experience to help mentor new agents to become top producers in their areas. Prior to starting LIP Realty, Hector was a top producing agent in his local office of a major Real Estate Broker in New York.
With his previous broker, Hector was a real estate trainer for more than seven years. Every new agent from all over Long Island attended his sessions to learn valuable real estate skills. He helped create the training curriculm they still use today. This experience helps him teach and motivate the LIP Realty agents that work here today.
Hector believes that learning new skills is essential for all agents of all levels. He continues to be a mentor for the agents who work at LIP Realty. Since 2010, Hector has created a very successful team of professional Realtors who have helped many people with their real estate needs.
As the broker/owner, Hector believes it is his responsibility to create an atmosphere that is positive, supportive, and educational for the LIP Realty agents who want to be successful. It is very rewarding when he sees new agents finally achieve success. He is their biggest fan no matter how big or small the transactions are.
