AJ BELL GREAT BRISTOL RUN 2024 PREVIEW | RACE & SHOE DISCUSSION | METASPEED SKY PARIS or ALPHAFLY 3?

Today i give you my AJ BELL Great Bristol Run Half Marathon preview for 2024, a race i am really excited to be taking part in this coming weekend.

Its low elevation road race, with sections out of Bristol on straight roads and some areas on windy city centre streets.

I talk race preparation and training along with shoe selection and my race time predictions. Let me know how you think i will do down in the comments, and also if you are aiming to be at the event also let me know!

Will it be the Alphalfy 3 or Metaspeed Sky Paris for the 13.1 mile blast?
