Do you have a board that you want to share with someone who doesn't have a Trello account? Do not use the invite button - this option sends them to log in as a user. Instead,

1. Click workplace visible.
2. Select Public.
3. In the pop up, click Yes, make board public.
4. Copy the link of your board in the URL Address bar.
5. Send the link to the viewer

WARNING: If you change the visibility anytime in the future from public, they will no longer be able to view the board.
