PUFFY POORI | POORI RECIPE | HOW TO MAKE PUFFY SOFT POORI | BREAKFAST RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
• wheat flour- 2 cups
• sugar- 1/2 tsp
• salt- 1/2 tsp
• baling soda- pinch
• oil- 1 tsp
• water- as required
• oil to deep fry
PROCEDURE
• add wheat flour, sugar, salt,soda and oil in a bowl
• mix everything together & make sure flour is moist
• add water in batches and prepare tight &soft dough
• cover and rest for 15 to 30 mins
• after 30 mins, knead the dough for 5 mins
• cut into equal pieces and roll them to small balls.
• take a ball and roll uniformly & make sure it is thick enough.
• heat oil in a deep kadai
NOTE: oil should be very hot if not it will not puff up
• slowly drop the rolled dough into the hot oil
• splash oil continuously until it puffs up
• flip & fry until golden brown ( 30 seconds)
• drain off the poori and enjoy with aloo bhaji😋
