One of my favorite operations in all of hand surgery as well as one of the most challenging is dupuytren's contracture release.
While non surgical methods like collagenase and needle aponeurotomy are available the best long term outcomes come from well done surgical release.
This patient underwent revision dupuytren contracture release with skin grafting. He has worked extremely hard with therapy and doing excellent as a result.
