The Kirtland Temple was not the coolest thing to come out of this transaction between the Community of Christ and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, in my opinion. This purchase also included an arguably even more sacred site.
The Red Brick Store is such a mundane title to give to one of the most sacred locations of the Restoration.
